Return Policy: My hope is that you fall in love with your new piece when you see it in person. I do my best to represent the accurate color of the artwork,. However, colors can vary on different screens. I recommend viewing the artwork on multiple devices before purchasing. Due to the unique nature of the work, all sales are final.
Shipping: Original art will ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase unless otherwise specified. Prints are sourced from a local print shop and will ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase.
If the artwork is damaged in transit, please contact me and we can discuss a refund or replacement.
Please note that once the package has been shipped, it is no longer in my control. If you are concerned about it being lost, we can use the tracking number to contact the shipping service. It is very rare for a package to go completely missing, and it usually turns up, even if it is delayed. Once your shipment is marked as "delivered" it is out of my control. If you would like to add the option for a signature upon arrival, please contact me. There will be a small additional fee.
Ownership of the Artwork: Dani Loujo retains all rights to purchased artwork, including commissions. I also retain the right to make reproductions of all artwork I create. If you would like to discuss purchasing the rights, please contact me. The collector may not reproduce the artwork without written permission. If you would like to share my artwork or photos on social media or a blog, please credit me.
Use of Course Content: All content taught in my art courses is proprietary information. Any artwork made alongside the course may not be sold. Even though it is surely your work if you create it, please note that the techniques and final products are entirely based on my proprietary art techniques. These are not considered original work.
